Myofascial release and spinal movement

Fluid and therapeutic movements to release tension and enhance body mobility through the understanding of myofascia. In this workshop, special focus will be given to the spine.

The myofascia is a networked structure that connects muscles and organs, enabling mobility, shape, and the overall functioning of the body. Myofascial lines run throughout the body and are interconnected via muscles and connective tissue.

Modern anatomy acknowledges that the human body is not made up of isolated parts but is an integrated whole, which should also be approached holistically from a physical perspective.

Quantum Music Concert

We will close the festival with a beautiful musical journey.

The Leone e il Colibrì bring with Love the “Quantum Music”, fruit of the experiences of travels and collaborations with musicians from every corner of the planet. In their original compositions they blend what are their roots: the sacred/pagan devotional warmth of Southern Italy and the Celtic Druidic mysticism. They bring Mantras of oriental traditions and songs from native Amerindian peoples arranged with musical influences ranging from reggae to psychedelic rock.

Their music is a vector for a journey into the soul.

A journey that heals.
