Heidi is an inspiring yoga teacher and spiritual guide, blending over 25 years of experience as a dancer, choreographer, and director with her deep devotion to yoga. Founder of of Ashtanga Yoga Bern and with certifications like E-RYT-500 and expertise in Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga, Heidi shares a wealth of knowledge in pranayama, anatomy, yoga philosophy, and Sanskrit. She has studied with esteemed teachers, including Shri O.P. Tiwari, Paul Dallaghan, Eddie Stern, Shri K. Patthabhi Jois and Manorame to name a few. Heidi’s teachings are rooted in her belief in the transformative power of yoga, offering her students not only physical practice but also spiritual growth. Heidi loves inspiring individuals on their journey of self-discovery, guiding them to embrace a meaningful life deeply connected with their true essence.

Michela has been teaching Yoga Asana, Yin, Meditation and Pranayama for over 15 years. Driven by a deep belief in the transformative powers of yoga, her passion has led her to dedicate herself completely to this discipline, studying every facet of it. She has lived in different parts of the world and has had the opportunity to study with internationally renowned teachers, such as Meghan Currie, Ana Forrest, Max Strom and Stephen Thomas. Thus she has obtained several advanced certifications such as E-RYT-500 and accumulated over 2000 hours of training. In addition to the lessons, since 2015, when she left a secure job to dedicate herself entirely to the study and sharing of yoga, she has also led Teacher Training courses and retreats.
In 2017, back in Ticino, Michela founded Casa Corvo, a welcoming retreat house immersed in the nature of southern Ticino. Here she hosts other teachers and offers her retreats, immersions and trainings.
Her mission is to guide each student to discover the intrinsic wisdom that yoga can give, transmuting every practice into a profound, enriching and nourishing journey.

Monika is a dedicated fitness instructor and certified teacher in Pilates and Hatha, Aerial and SUP Yoga. Her journey into wellness began after a life-changing accident, which inspired her to embrace a healthier lifestyle. Since then she has taught in diverse locations, including Cyprus and the Canary Islands, where she discovered practices that nurture the body, mind, and spirit.
Monika specializes in unique and engaging activities such as Aerial Pilates, SUP Yoga, and various Yoga and Pilates techniques aimed at strengthening the back, shoulders, and core. Her past experience as a feng shui instructor allows her to enrich her teachings integrating the 5 elements approach into her flows. Monika's classes stand out for their welcoming atmosphere, accessibility to anyone independently on level of experience or physical conditions, and a unique blend of humor and eastern wisdom.

Mahendra is a holistic operator with extensive experience in the field of meditation, body awareness and sound vibrations. His spiritual journey began in 1991, when he encountered the world of Osho, leading him to explore Eastern cultures and immerse himself in a deep spiritual dimension. Over the years, he has obtained numerous certifications, including Gong Master, Shiatsu, Reflexology and Reiki, collaborating with internationally renowned masters.
Mahendra is known for his ability to integrate unconventional sound instruments, such as the Didjeridoo, Shells and Gongs, in his workshops and individual sessions. Through sound and its harmonic vibrations, he guides participants towards deep relaxation and self-healing processes. His mission is to bring awareness and well-being through sound massage, creating unique and transformative experiences.

Barbara Krebs Baldassarri

Barbara is a trained nurse, active for over 30 years as a complementary therapist and yoga teacher, trained in France and India at renowned centers such as the Sivananda Vedanta Centre in France and the Vivekananda Kendra Institute in India. Her practice is enriched by a deep knowledge of holistic therapeutic approaches, including Egyptian Essene Therapies, Reflexology, Ayurveda, Reiki. The physical and psychological discomforts highlighted in people in therapy after the recent pandemic, pushed her to spread a better knowledge and awareness of breathing, taking into account both the physiological and energetic aspects. .

Edy has been a passionate yoga practitioner for over 20 years. She founded the Centro Yoga Dinamico e Natural Wellness in Lugano in 2013 and serves as the Swiss representative for the European Yoga Federation. Driven by a continuous search for the Self and joy, she considers herself an eternal student, convinced that true guidance happens through subtle channels and that yoga must first be experienced and embodied.

Anna has been practicing yoga for over 35 years, and in 2008, she discovered Ashtanga Yoga, becoming captivated by the beauty and depth of this style. She later became a KPJAYI Level 2 authorized Ashtanga Yoga teacher and received the blessing to teach from Manju Jois, son of Pattabhi Jois, who developed Ashtanga Yoga in the 1950s.
She has had the privilege of studying with renowned senior teachers, including Sharat Jois, Manju Jois, Richard Freeman, Mary Taylor, David Swenson, and Kristina Karitinou, participating in numerous training programs. For Anna, the most important quality of an Ashtanga teacher is to remain a student. She continues to practice daily under the guidance of experienced masters and returns to Mysore every year to deepen her practice.

Elio is a Hatha Yoga teacher and founder of the Sivasooryayoga school in Bellinzona. His path is rooted in the millenary tradition of Indian yoga, which he has cultivated through years of intense study and dedicated practice. After earning a Master’s degree in Ayurvedic massage in Kerala (India), he continued his training with studies in ThetaHealing, Reiki, and the Body Mirror method.
He obtained his Hatha Yoga teaching diploma at the Sivasoorya School of Yoga in India under the guidance of Master Soorya Raviji, an expert in Asana and Kriya Yoga; he also deepened his knowledge of conscious yoga and posture at the Hamsa school of Maurizio Morelli in Italy.
He further explored yogic philosophy, Sanskrit, and mantra chanting with teachers such as Yogacharini Pandit Emy Blesio and the Nada Mantra Yoga master Krishna Das, participating in intensive retreats in the Himalayas.
Also founder of the Libera Scuola Hatha Yoga Hamsa in Switzerland, Elio has been committed for years to training and spreading a form of yoga that is accessible to everyone, with particular attention to the therapeutic and transformative aspects of the practice—fostering well-being and personal growth in each practitioner.

Tushi Cassol Cortesi is an Ayurvedic therapist and nutrition consultant, as well as a flower essence and art therapist, with a unique journey that bridges East and West. Born in India and raised in Switzerland, she reconnected with her roots through numerous trips to her country of origin.
Her adherence to Ayurvedic principles, the co-creation of mandalas, her art, and her experience in energy techniques serve as a bridge between her two cultures—blending Indian spirituality with Western efficiency and pragmatism.
Through her project ‘SURYA’—a sacred Sanskrit name representing the energy of the Sun—Tushi integrates Ayurveda with other holistic disciplines, offering treatments and consultations that promote deep well-being, good health, and inner connection.

Viviana began her yoga journey at the age of 26, earning her certification at the Sivananda Center in India. She later deepened her studies by completing a three-year training in Dynamic Yoga instruction in Lugano.
Hatha Yoga, for her, is a means to find balance and inner serenity, fostering a deep connection with one’s true self.
Her practice is designed to cultivate awareness through breath, the body, and presence in the here and now.
During her sessions, you will experience a blend of pranayama, vinyasa flow, and static postures which, through a deepening of the breath, become a meditative moment of profound self-connection.
