Elio Campanello
will teach
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga teaches that strength can be gentle and that softness is not weakness. From this practice arises my way of living and teaching.
I have been practicing and teaching Hatha Yoga since 2009. Over the years, my path has been enriched by encounters with both Indian and Western masters, who have allowed me to deepen the tradition, understand its value, and keep it alive within our contemporary reality.
With time, I have understood that yoga is not measured by the complexity of the postures, but by the quality with which they are experienced: with presence, patience, and humility.
Each practice reminds me that there is always something to learn. That is why I continue to study and practice — not to reach a goal, but to remain faithful to a path that, day after day, keeps transforming me.
Practice reminds us that well-being is not a destination to reach, but a balance to rediscover and live, every day.
With gratitude, Namaste.

Nadia Zimotti
will teach
What does it truly mean to be a woman, and how can Ayurveda support you?
Since childhood, Nadia has been fascinated by natural remedies and by the body’s ability to find its own balance.
Her encounter with yoga and Ayurveda transformed her understanding of health. Over the years, she deepened her studies in Ayurveda, Yoga, Doula training, energy work, and personal growth. Through both study and experience, she realized that many women struggle with approaches that are too theoretical or rigid. She too has gone through moments where she drifted away from listening to her own body. From this experience, her vision was born: to support women in understanding themselves and their bodies, reclaiming their strength, and living their femininity in a more authentic way.
Today she integrates Ayurveda, nervous system regulation, energy work, and personal development to accompany women through the different phases of life — from the menstrual cycle to the desire for motherhood, from pregnancy to postpartum, and through hormonal transitions. She is also the author of a book dedicated to women’s health, created with the intention of offering women a tool that brings together the wisdom of nature with the complexity and uniqueness of the female body.
Nadia will teach in Italian.
